研究方向:水产动物营养学、水产品品质与安全

近期研究内容1)养殖鱼类品质形成与提升的营养学技术及机制研究;2)营养素调控养殖鱼类健康的分子机制。

近年主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家科技重大专项水体污染控制与治理专项子任务、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓”重点专项子课题、湖北省自然科学基金项目等多项研究。同时作为科研骨干参加了大宗淡水鱼类产业技术体系、973计划课题、公益性行业科研专项、以及企业委托项目等多项研究。获中国水产科学研究院科技进步奖1项。
